Aircraft Maintenance Services

In support of our worldwide customers we have established an extensive network of Maintenance centres capable of offering from first and second line support to heavy maintenance through both company owned and third party organisations.

The customer can rest assured in the knowledge that their helicopter is being maintained in accordance with the best and latest maintenance practices by the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) or other certified companies.

Extensive experience has lead to fully integrated support contracts being placed that have shown marked improvements in aircraft availability.

AgustaWestland is in the process of implementing a program of achieving approval in accordance with the requirements of MoD policy under Def Stan 05-130 MAOS (Maintenance Approved Organisation Scheme). This covers the maintenance support, under various contracts, of MoD aircraft. The MAOS scheme mirrors rules employed within the civil environment under EASA regulations.

AgustaWestland can also provide all type of spares support from conventional spares purchase through Extended Warranty Programs to fully integrated support contracts for most platforms.

For civilian customers only, the following can be provided:
  • CPA - Component Protection Agreement;
  • COMP - Complete Overhaul and Material Program;
  • GSP - Global Support Plan.
Field Service Support
A highly skilled and knowledgeable team is available in support of customers aircraft. This team can provide longer term assistance in terms of knowledge dissemination and training, or working parties at short notice in response to more urgent needs.
