Apprenticeship

People just qualified, without any previous work experiences, are hired with an apprenticeship contract lasting 54 months for white collars and 46 months for blue collars.

This type of contract foresees an individual training plan, finalized to the   development of technical and personal skills, needed for the acquisition of a specific professional qualification.

The individual training plan is signed upon the hiring by the apprentice and the relevant company tutor, who manages the apprentice’s training period.
 
 


 

The training classrooms are delivered in the dedicated rooms inside the plant, separated from production line, but with fully equipped tools for the training tasks.


Teachers are chosen among AW employees or retired employees with a significant work experience and a great disposal to share their know-how with the beginners.
