We design, develop and manufacture an unrivalled range of the most advanced helicopters & rotary wing technology, for both civil and military customers.
Our main operations are in the UK, USA, Italy and Poland; offering apprentices a truly international working environment in which to learn, grow and progress.
Each year, we seek to attract a high calibre of enthusiastic people to join our highly regarded Engineering, Technician and Business apprenticeships.
As an AgustaWestland apprentice, you'll benefit from experiencing work in many different areas of the business, discover and build upon your competencies, receive full support and training and continue to gain nationally recognised qualifications as a sponsored student whilst earning a competitive salary.
Whether you are 'hands-on', technically minded, or business minded kind of person, if you're keen to learn and develop we've an apprenticeship for you.
AgustaWestland was recently awarded "Outstanding" status following our first OFSTED inspection under the Finmeccanica Training Contract; the highest award possible, demonstrating our excellent training capability.
We recruit for apprentices from September to the end of January, for the following September's intake.

Security: AgustaWestland makes a vital contribution to the products and services used by the UK armed forces. Working on our programmes involves a requirement by our customer to be personally cleared to national security standards. All of our roles will require applicants to meet Security Clearance (SC) criteria. You do not have to be a British National in order to gain Security Clearance, but you will have to meet the criteria described under the Security Criteria link.
