AgustaWestland in the last three years hired about two thousand people in different areas such as engineering, operations, sales, marketing, procurement, product and customer support.
The resourcing process is in charge of Resourcing & Training department and consists in specific interviews with the HR, assessment centre (group or individual) and technical interviews with line managers.
The assessment centre is an evaluation methodology that consists in different tests and trials aiming to collect information about the global behavioural characteristics and individual capabilities
The technical interview is carried out by a technical committee consisting of the line managers and HR functions and aims to assess the applicant’s suitability against the professional profile and discuss a specific work position.
