Technical Services provides a comprehensive suite of technical support capabilities to all customers, from which they are able to select products that best suit their individual requirements:

• Complete Technical Publications service providing hard copy or digital format publications depending on platform and certification.

• Out of production aircraft design services (AB206, AB212, AB412, Chinook, Gazelle, Puma, Sea King, HH-3F and SH3D) and pan-platform Ground Support Equipment Design.

• A full range of Reliability and Maintainability activities.

• Wide range of support services for applicable helicopters including Service Engineering, Service/Technical Bulletins, Technical Advice and Query Management, Fleet Planning, Fault Investigation, Repair Design and Management of Support Issues.

• In house software design support for the AgustaWestland Compound Interactive Electronic Technical Publications (CIETP), along with a Health & Usage Monitoring System (HUMS) support and data mining toolkits.

• A Maintenance Policy Development service is provided to continually improve Platform Maintenance Policy based upon a proactive Equipment Performance Analysis regime.
